About me

Many people come to me after years of pain, frustration, unanswered questions or even misdiagnosis.

They've stopped trusting their body.

Some have started to believe they're broken.

I understand that feeling personally.

During my time as a Royal Marine, I sustained serious injuries, including a shattered ankle and a spinal cord injury. Those experiences changed the course of my life and set me on a journey that continues today.

Over the last 15 years, I have dedicated myself to understanding how the body heals, adapts and recovers. I've studied anatomy, fascia, rehabilitation, pain science, movement and human performance, while rebuilding my own body along the way.

Alongside my professional work, I've raised a family, supported two children to compete at national level in their chosen sports and helped people from all walks of life achieve goals they once thought were beyond them. From overcoming persistent pain to completing major endurance events, I've seen first-hand what becomes possible when the right support, knowledge and belief come together.

What I discovered was simple, but powerful.

Recovery isn't just about exercise.

Real change happens when the body feels safe enough to move again.

When people understand what's happening in their body, when fear is replaced with confidence and when movement becomes possible again, recovery can begin.

The human body is remarkably resilient.

It was designed to move.

Designed to adapt.

Designed to heal.

My work is about helping people relieve pain, restore movement and rebuild trust in themselves and their bodies.

Whether you're recovering from injury, living with persistent pain, preparing for a sporting challenge or simply wanting to move with greater freedom and confidence, my goal is to help you find a path forwards that makes sense for you.

Because no one should have to accept pain as their normal.
